And, of course, to keep the business profitable.
From INSPIRA Workspaces We have decided to write this post, just one year after the beginning of the pandemic, to convey to all users of our spaces that they can come to work with peace of mind, since we are taking all the necessary measures for this. Even in these days, with the beginning of the de-escalation, we are making even more efforts if possible to keep our workplaces free of COVID-19.
Below we detail some of the measures we are implementing, with the aim of providing greater protection against contagion:
Preventive measures
Ventilation
We have always given a lot importance of ventilation in our facilities, but after the health crisis we are suffering, we have proceeded to establish a daily ventilation protocol for the different rooms. Both late in the afternoon by the cleaning staff, and early in the morning, after opening, by the equipment INSPIRE, We proceed to ventilate all the rooms and common areas. During the day, we ventilate based on the use of our spaces, with special emphasis on the rooms and the offices, like is logic.

On INSPIRA group We are totally and absolutely Committed to the environment. By ello, Our spaces are designed and thought out to respect our environment as much as possible., without neglecting the comfort or quality of our services. We have a paper/cardboard recycling system, and different containers to properly separate waste, hygienic containers in the services and exhaustive control of temperature and humidity in the common areas of the Center.
We work for sustainability, committed to the environment and with a staunch respect for social well-being.
Furniture
All work surfaces in the offices are disinfected at least once a day, usually at the end of the day, by the cleaning staff. In meeting rooms, they are cleaned and disinfected immediately after use., so that it can be used later by other people. All these surfaces are also disinfected and cleaned at the end of the day by the cleaning staff.
Measures for the Regulation of Use of Space
Timetable:
El Customer service hours by the Center staff will be Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.. Parcel
It will be deposited at the entrance counter, without direct contact. The courier staff will not access the facilities under any circumstances, so the package will be received at the entrance. Packages will continue to be disinfected and sanitized when they are received, before being distributed or stored.
Prevention
Firstly, We recommend taking your temperature before coming to the Center. It is everyone's responsibility not to come or enter our facilities when their body temperature is 37,5° or higher. However, if you forget to do so, you can also ask the team at INSPIRE the thermometer, so they can take your temperature upon arrival.
Meetings
The use of a mask in meeting rooms and common areas is mandatory. Capacity may be reduced depending on circumstances.
Visitors are not allowed to stay in common or work areas, they must go directly to the meeting rooms.
Toilets
We limited access to common toilets of several people at the same time. Likewise, there will be available hydroalcoholic solution dispensers and all hygiene material will be disposable.
Shared use
We strongly recommend using only personal work and storage spaces. Try to avoid sharing all resources.
Disinfection and Cleaning
INSPIRA Workspaces ha intensified daily cleaning and disinfection protocols, with special care in points of contact with conflict, such as knobs, taps, etc. And of course, in all those resources of common use, such as the coffee maker.
Disinfection Points
They have been arranged multiple hygienic dispensers equipped with hydroalcoholic gel and tissues throughout the Center. In addition, at all work stations we have made available to their corresponding users, a bottle with ionized water so they can disinfect all surfaces.
Capacity Limitation

Office
Capacity is also limited.. We ask that you take special care with the products in the refrigerator, recommending that you only store food that will be consumed that day.
Paper
We have proceeded to remove brochures, magazines and any other paper material that is not considered necessary, except for printer paper.
Elevator
As in most establishments, In the building its use has been limited for reasons of health and energy saving. Its use is limited to one person and two cannot coincide unless they are cohabitants. In any case, Our facilities are located on the first floor, so its use is not essential.
Stairs
The stairs are quite spacious and can be used without any problem, even though it is very difficult to respect the necessary distancing measures in this regard.
General recommendations
From INSPIRA Workspaces We urge you to Wash your hands frequently with soap and water, or with a hydroalcoholic solution (you will find many vending bottles within our facilities). Disinfect your workstation periodically and, above all, when you finish your day.
If you cough, Cover your nose and mouth with paper and throw it away immediately.If you notice any symptoms, please notify the team. INSPIRE and stay at home. It is your duty and your responsibility. For yourself and for others.
