We recently participated in the coworking Summit2025 with the Spanish Coworking Association (formerly Proworkspaces).
We have been partners for many years and this is a day that always allows us to share experiences, reflections and ideas in our sector, the 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴.
It's always a pleasure to be able to attend representing Inspira Workspaces Madrid and to meet with so many colleagues. It's a necessary meeting, with significant data about our industry, which gives us insight into the present and the future.
Coworking is not a fad
It's something we were clear about and that we confirmed at this event. Without a doubt, coworking stopped being a fad a long time ago and is now a well-established trend that continues to evolve.
What began as an alternative is now part of the business structure.
Companies are looking for collaborative spaces that inspire and foster connection. Design and technology are essential, but service is paramount. Businesses show interest in places where they feel cared for; ultimately, it's a matter of perceptions and experiences.
Coworking, the choice of companies of all sizes
It's no longer just about freelancers. Flexible workspaces are being chosen by startups, SMEs, independent professionals, and large corporations.
Coworking has become a viable alternative to the traditional office, and it's not just about cost. We are witnessing an evolution of work towards a more flexible model.
If there's one thing to highlight from this edition of the coworking Summit, it's that: "companies no longer rent square meters."
These are some of the key points that have marked the talks of this day:
- The importance of maintaining quality in customer service.
- The need for constant adaptation.
- To offer comfortable, flexible and humane working environments.

Reflections on the coworking market
During the day we shared information about the market and the future of flexible work.
As for Spain, everything points to a solid and sustainable expansion, as we still have ample room for growth compared to other markets.
One of the lessons learned is that today, more than ever, we need to adapt quickly to change, understand what makes us different, and connect with our customers. Undoubtedly, we have great challenges and many opportunities ahead of us.
In his presentation Ignatius of the Tower, chief economist at Arcano and director of Arcano ResearchHe shared his vision of the future of offices as a way to create value and not simply as a place.
Furthermore, this edition has once again put the spotlight on something that is very important to us at Inspira Workspaces: the value of community.
In summary: this Coworking Summit confirms, as we have heard in the talks, that "a flexible and human work environment can be the best loyalty strategy and that coworking is no longer an alternative, it is a consolidated trend that continues to evolve."

Inspira Workspaces and the future of coworking
At Inspira Workspaces we continue to learn, work and grow.
Our best strategy since we started over 15 years ago is to stay true to what we believe in. For us, people are what matters most; we focus on the experience and on connecting with each client.
Our proposal combines tailored services, flexibility, and human quality.
In addition to offering flexible workstations, fully equipped private offices with all services included, meeting rooms of all sizes, event terraces with catering and virtual office services, we aim for our spaces to inspire.
While we've grown significantly, we're not a giant, and perhaps that's what allows us to maintain our goal of staying close, attentive, and flexible. How do we do it? We listen to and add value to the community.
